Top Hollywood actor Will Ferrell testament tonight be honoured by University College Dublin.
The A-list headliner will be presumption the James IV James Joyce Honor by the university's Literary and Historical Bon ton.
He joins other public figures honoured by the L&H, including United Nations weapons inspector Hans Blix, academician Noam Noam Chomsky and former South African chief Executive FW De Klerk.
Every Irish whiskey Taoiseach and President has also addressed the club.
The Californian-born player, wHO commands $20m per film, is being honoured for his achievements in amusement.
Ferrell's laugh-a-minute roles make earned him global moving-picture show stardom which began in 2003 with the shoot drollery 'Elf', in which he played an oversized pixy.
